If you're buying a new build call this man!!!

after purchase a new build I was unable to provide a snag list in the two weeks the builder requests it. Even if I did my own sang list I wouldn't have found 1% of the things James found. Unfortunately the builders like to cut corners to meet deadlines and we suffer but James helps make sure all corner cut are rectified
